Our client is a branding and creative consultancy based in the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, with a thriving portfolio of clients. They’re currently recruiting for the newly created role of Client Services Director.

This particular role has been identified as a key factor in the development of the client services function and as such you will be responsible for the management of the Account Management team, and will also undertake a degree of Account Management for some key clients.

Such is the level of responsibility this role would ideally suit candidates who have already established experience in an Account Management role within an agency environment and are now ready to make the step up to a more senior level. In terms of day to day duties, your role will incorporate building relationships with clients and new business contacts with a view to developing effective strategies and managing the process through to completion.

In addition to this you will also be responsible for the management of the work flow within the Account Management team, and will be on-hand to provide problem solving, planning and budgeting support to the team.
