•	To promote the company’s vision.
•	Adopt a strategic approach to support e-enabled initiatives.
•	To manage various projects and their associated resources in respect of implementing E-Communications both internally and externally.
•	To assist in the research and production of reports and formulation of action plans in relation to national and regional Electronic Service Delivery.
•	To manage the performance and development of staff regarding the E-Communications function.
•	To manage and administer the Company's Content Management System running the Website and Intranet systems
•	To have a contribution to the ICT expenditure budget with regard to electronic communications and any associated systems and to assist/manage any tendering processes where required.
•	To assist in the design, development and implementation of Internet &amp; Intranet sites to appropriate technical standards using the CMS.
•	To assist in the design, development and implementation of the Company’s Web and Intranet site and any associated systems.
•	To manage the Intranet User Group and represent the E-Communications function on the Communications Strategy Group encouraging and supporting departmental user group members with devolved publishing of Intranet content.
•	To produce evaluation reports for campaigns run using the Website and Intranet as well producing regular usage reports for the E-Communications Strategy Group.
•	To advise and support with regard to E-Communications. 
•	To administer and maintain the company's Flexi-time system and deal with any technical queries and feature requests from the HR and Learning and Development departments. 
•	To demonstrate a commitment to value for money and maintain awareness of the national developments to ensure any relevant to the company are identified.
•	To develop comprehensive requirement specifications for projects associated with the role.
•	To assist in establishing internal targets and measures for external electronic communications, including Customer take-up, Customer satisfaction and value for money/cost effectiveness.
•	To assist in establishing internal targets and measures for internal electronic communications and to monitor the performance of all departments contributing to the Company’s Intranet.
•	To assist with the development of, and preparation for, the relevant aspects of company’s intranet.
•	To identify and monitor new opportunities for external electronic communications such as access channels and systems of work.
•	To provide training for management and staff including the development and maintenance of training plans and related documentation.
•	To manage smaller internal projects and any resources allocated.
•	To assist with the development and presentation of performance management data.  </description>
