Job Title: Client Services Executive
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £20 – £25k DoE
Our client is a digital creative agency based in High Wycombe and they are looking to hire a client services executive. Their clients include some of the largest brands across IT and Fintech, presenting a great opportunity for a candidate to get stuck into a mix of high-profile projects. The successful candidate will work alongside the Client Services Director and Manager. You will take day to day responsibility for processing jobs through the agency, such as merchandise, print and production, social media assets etc and supporting the team on the larger digital and creative projects.
Responsibilities:
· Attend customer meetings, briefs, presentations, and client events with other Client Services team members, as required.
· Share best practice across accounts and with other team members.
· Support the team to help create brief responses that meets the client’s brief and budget.
· Briefing the creative studio and digital teams for projects.
· Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of any projects you are managing.
· Obtain supplier costs and work with the Client Services Manager/Director to create estimates.
Required Experience:
· Excellent at building relationships.
· Creative mindset.
· Proactive in all respects, look for opportunities to assist when there is a need.
· Develop business sense and the ability to work to budgets and ensure profitability.
· A genuine interest to pursue a career in Marketing, preferably in IT and Fintech.
