Our client, a creative customer engagement agency based in Tring, is looking for a driven Sales Administrator / Account Manager to join its growing team.
As Sales Administrator / Account Manager you will be responsible for development of new and existing customer relationships on a day to day basis, working under the guidance of the Sales Director and handling projects from new and existing customers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Customer relationship development.
- Supporting the wider sales team.
- Account Management / Client Services.
- Providing exceptional customer experience.
- Effective use of phone, email and social selling.
- Working towards challenging but sensible sales targets.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous successful sales experience.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Productive under pressure and able to prioritise.
- Tenacious, motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.
The successful candidate for this role will work from home and will be required to travel to client venues from time to time.
